Erica was a dream to work with – professional, thoughtful and hardworking – especially considering she squeezed us in at short notice when another supplier let us down.
The cake was truly beautiful, exactly what we’d both hoped for, in looks and taste! We had so many comments from guests about how well themed it was; when we served it people couldn’t get enough! “To die for” was the phrase of the evening, with people desperate to try both the chocolate and lemon flavours! The white chocolate icing is addictive…

We met Erica in 2022 at the Detling wedding fair and we were blown away by how beautiful her cakes looked. She is extremely talented and absolutely amazing, We tried small sample that she had and it was delicious. We sent her an enquiry via email after we got home from the wedding fair and she came back to us quickly, she was really helpful with any questions we had. We booked a face to face consultation with her to discuss cake design, flavours, how many portions needed etc, Erica was really helpful and so lovely. We ordered a sample box that had lots of different flavours in and it was hard to choose what flavours we wanted for our wedding cake as they were all so delicious! Our wedding wasn’t until September 2024 so we had 2 years to go from when we booked Erica but she was in touch every step of the way, she really takes care of you. Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and delicious, all our guests complimented on how delicious and beautiful it was. We highly, highly recommend Erica for any occasion cakes, we will definitely be using her in the future.
